This translation is mostly the KJV, but includes changes to replace misspelled words, obsolete words, obscure words, and makes changes when the meaning conflicts with the consensus of the majority of other translations, especially the Dead Sea Scrolls which are known to originate some 600 years earlier. In general, I found the KJV by far the best, the only sensible translation to build on. The so-called modern translations often failed to recognize the importance of many metaphors and other literary devices and changed important passages to meaningless junk.
